LT Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the Terms) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing a product from the online store www.balticgods.lt (hereinafter – the Buyer) and the seller (hereinafter – the Seller)..
1.2. By purchasing a product from the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase–sale agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer forms an order in the online store, provides their details (name, surname, address, email, phone number), selects a payment method, and clicks the "Order" button. .
2.2. If the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Terms, they must not place an order.
3. Seller's Rights
3.1. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice. All orders that have already been placed and paid for will be fulfilled.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms; the changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the website.
3.3. The Seller also has other rights defined in these Terms and under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to make efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the online store but does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or error-free performance.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the ordered product within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
4.3. If the ordered product cannot be dispatched, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer and refund the paid amount within 10 business days.
4.4. The Seller complies with all other obligations specified in these Terms.
5. Buyer's Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase the product from the online store in accordance with these Terms and applicable Lithuanian law.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the day the product is delivered, provided that:
– the product is unused, undamaged, and retains its original appearance;
– the product is returned in its original, unopened, and intact packaging;
– all original labels and tags are attached.
5.3. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the product.
5.4. Only the price paid for the product will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).
5.5. The Buyer has other rights as defined by Lithuanian law and these Terms.
6. Buyer's Obligations
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the selected product and shipping in a timely manner.
6.2. The order will only be processed after the Seller receives confirmation of payment from the Buyer's bank.
6.3. The Buyer must provide accurate personal information.
6.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the product and comply with all obligations set forth in these Terms and legal regulations.
7. Liability
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for any discrepancies in color or shape due to screen display differences.
7.3. Both parties are liable for breaches of the purchase–sale agreement in accordance with Lithuanian law.
7.4. In the event of damage, the responsible party must compensate the other party for direct losses incurred.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1. By clicking the "Order" button, the Buyer confirms that they consent to providing their personal data and agree to its processing for order fulfillment and (if consent is given) marketing purposes.
8.2. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data, request corrections, deletion, or suspension of processing.
8.3. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and fulfill the agreement. Without this data, the order cannot be completed.
9. Communication
9.1. The Seller will send all information to the email address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
9.2. The Buyer may contact the Seller via the contact form or by phone at +370 64531237.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. All information provided on the website (including these Terms, product descriptions, etc.) is considered to be provided in writing.
10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
